The Check Availability form collects the Chinese company name, your email, and an optional business-license image. I use that only to decide whether I can identify the entity, to take the case, and to deliver the memo.
Your submission is kept confidential and used only to assess and complete the requested verification. I do not sell this information.
Please do not upload national ID documents, bank statements, payment-card information, or other unnecessary personal data.
Formsubmit and email delivery to [email protected] are third-party processors. I keep intake records for up to 12 months after the memo is delivered, or until you ask me to delete them, whichever is sooner. Uploaded license images are deleted after the case is closed or declined, unless you ask for earlier deletion.
To request deletion, email [email protected]. Public-registry data cited in a memo is already public.
