What I collect
When you submit an inquiry or email me, I may receive your name and email address; company, supplier, partner, product, website, platform, or market details; the business decision or question you describe; and documents you choose to upload, such as a business license. Technical delivery records may also be created by the form and email providers.
How I use it
I use submitted information only to assess the inquiry, clarify and agree a scope, perform the requested research, communicate with you, deliver the work, maintain necessary business records, and protect the service from misuse. I do not sell your submitted information or use it to train a public dataset.
Confidentiality and sensitive information
Inquiry and project information is treated as confidential. Please do not upload national ID documents, bank statements, payment-card data, passwords, trade secrets unrelated to the question, or other unnecessary sensitive personal information. Redact documents where practical.
Service providers
Website form submissions are processed by FormSubmit and delivered to a mailbox hosted on Google Workspace. Website hosting and security are provided through Cloudflare. These providers may process limited technical and message data under their own privacy, security, backup, and legal-retention policies. You may avoid the website form and email [email protected] directly.
Website analytics
Google Analytics loads only if you select “Allow analytics” in the website notice. It may then receive limited usage information such as the page visited, approximate location, device and browser type, referring source, and interactions with inquiry, email, sample-report, and case-study links. It does not receive the company name, email address, inquiry text, or files you submit through the form. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in this implementation.
Your choice is stored in your browser. You can at any time. Google handles analytics data under its own privacy and retention terms.
Retention
I normally keep inquiry and working records for up to 12 months after an engagement is delivered or declined, unless a longer period is reasonably required for payment, dispute, security, or legal records. I delete uploaded license images and other unnecessary documents from systems I control when they are no longer needed. Public-source material cited in a deliverable may be retained with the research record.
