This is a personal practice, not a trading company, law firm, or licensed inspection body. Each paid case covers one Chinese legal entity. Checking a second related factory or a different legal person is a separate case at the then-current price.
The memo is desk research on public records as of the check date stated in the memo. It is not a factory audit, not a legal opinion, and not a guarantee of delivery, product quality, or customs clearance. You remain responsible for the final payment and purchasing decision.
The Founding Client Offer is $240 for the first 10 accepted and paid cases. The regular price is $490. The price is confirmed before payment and will not change after the case is accepted. If I cannot confidently identify the correct Chinese legal entity, I will tell you before accepting payment, and there is no charge.
The 72-hour turnaround starts when payment is received, and it is 72 calendar hours including weekends.
If you cancel after payment and before I start the registry work, I will refund the fee. After work has started, fees are not refundable except where I cannot complete the memo for reasons on my side.
